K.A.R. 28-4-126 Health of persons 16 years or older in child care facilities. (c) (1) Each person living, working or regularly volunteering in the facility shall have a record of a negative tuberculin test or x-ray obtained not more than two years before the employment or initial application, for a license or certificate of registration or not later than 30 days after the date of employment or initial application.

The mattress shall be set at its lowest point when any child using the crib or playpen becomes able either to sit up or to pull up to a standing position inside the crib or playpen, whichever occurs first, to ensure that the child cannot climb out of the crib or playpen.

Second provider arrived 30 minutes into the survey; at group capacity facility is over 2 children 18 months to age 5. Children under 18 months of age are 10, 13, 13 and 15 months of age.
