"Maximum Capacity" represents the maximum number of children allowed on the premises of a child care facility. Maximum capacity for Day Care Homes varies
depending on the number of adults present as well as the number and ages of children in care at any given time.

Additional information and records may be available. Public records contained in the file of a child care facility may be requested from KDHE in accordance with the
Kansas Open Records Act (KORA) pursuant to K.S.A. 45-215 et seq. Disclosure of certain information is prohibited pursuant to K.S.A. 65-525 and other statutes
